I alerted Amazon to this error and they immediately sent a replacement. The serial number on the box and the serial number printed on the USB lead tag were the same as each other so this was a deep rooted mistake. The wrong model of camera had been packed in the C922 box. When I opened Device Manager it confirmed that the camera was a C920e, as did the Zoom setup page. When I did this I was surprised to see that the lights on the new webcam were blue indicating that it was not a C922 but a C920. In order to test the webcam I had to open the Zoom app and adjust the camera settings. I think this is very poor customer support from Logitech. I found it impossible to get any webcam software from Logitech - nothing they offered would work on Windows 7. I installed the camera on my Windows 7 PC, although the process took a very long time to download and update the drivers. When I received the camera all the packaging and paperwork confirmed that a C922 had been delivered. The general consensus was that there is not a lot of difference, except the provision of a 720p 60Hz mode and the blue lights on the C920 have been replaced with white ones on the C922. I had little time to carry out pre-purchase research, but YouTube had several videos comparing the C922, with the previous cheaper model the C920. I bought this camera on Amazon Prime Day. Eine Kamera Stufe besser wäre wohl noch die Brio gewesen von Logitech - laut Video Reviews eine nochmal bessere Bildqualität, allerdings Sound Qualität auch nicht besser dort.įür unsere Zwecke ist die C922 eine spitzen Kamera. Aber wer gute Qualität haben möchte, kommt um ein USB Mikrofon wohl nicht herum (gegen 70 Euro).
Für eine Webcam wohl ganz gut und deutlich besser als mit der alten C210 welche wir davor verwendet hatten. das Mikrofon (daher kleiner Punkt Abzug). Die Funktion des Hintergrundbild Tausches verwenden wir nicht. Hier in dem Pack hat dann nur der Ständer den Ausschlag gegeben, und der Preis. Verglichen hatte ich über Video Berichte noch die C920 - im Endeffekt geben sich die Kameras wohl nicht viel. Sehr nützlich in diesem Pack ist der kleine Dreibein Ständer, damit kann die Kamera wie gewünscht platziert werden. Da meine Frau öfter mit der Familie über Video chattet, lohnt sich das natürlich schon. Das Bild hier hat eine viel höhere Auflösung und bessere Qualität. Wir hatten vorher eine C210 von Logitech im Einsatz (keine Full HD Auflösung).
